The interior design training received at Jenniez School of African Interior Design (JSAID), despite being an online program, was well structured and was a good foundation for someone like me, who had no prior experience in interior design. There was room to assess our level of understanding for each module. The school helped me get a placement at Lighthouse Interior designs for my 3 months internship. The internship was quite an eye opener, especially because I got to work with a growing firm. I learnt a lot during this period. Although it was a little bit challenging at the beginning, I got to adapt with time. Overall, I like to say it was a wonderful experience even as I keep working towards improving myself in this field. I am truly grateful for the opportunity.

It has been nothing short of amazing, fulfilling and definitely life changing. JSAID paved a way in making me fulfil what I thought or felt was just a hobby into a realisation that it’s something I want to take up as more than a hobby. I’m currently interning with one of the leading interior design companies in Nigeria and I honestly don’t think I’d have gotten this far if not for training and internship opportunities provided by JSAID. And it doesn’t just end here, I have the opportunity of being retained as a full staff of this company and I know I have a long standing relationship with others in this line of work just because JSAID made sure the training didn’t end in the classrooms or at the interning stage I am entirely grateful and I hope more people get to experience this because it is the deal.

Taking this course was such a great delight. No bit of regret. The practical sessions was indeed eye opening. I love the fact that most of the sessions were interactive.

My story started but was not completed until i met JSAID, jsaid taught me and put me through all the INTERIOR Design elements that has helped me so far in my career, JSAID is one of the top leading Interior Design schools here in lagos. I am happy I'm a part of the family.

I particularly enjoyed the online interaction with other students on the course. I found myself in discussions with colleagues from all over the country on a range of relevant topics. This provided a valuable insight into how interior design work in other countries and how we could apply their techniques here in Nigeria. It also helped develop my critical thinking skills which has been a great asset. I have never felt a greater sense of achievement and personal development in my professional life than when I graduated from JSAID and it has created some amazing opportunities for me since, including travel. I would encourage anyone working in the sector to enroll on this course; it has helped me in all aspects of my working life and has definitely been a positive contribution to my career life. lecturers and course supervisors were incredibly supportive when completing the assignments and in particular, the dissertation. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to take the next step in pursuing Interior Design as an innovative way of tackling design issues.

It was Jsaid that made my dream and goals of becoming a certified Interior designer a reality. I am happy to say that the completion of this course this year has made the year a complete one for me. Jsaid gave me the guideline and steps to follow in order to successfully scale as an interior design. I learnt it's not just about designing a space but designing a space that is functional and that meets the taste of the client. I also learnt the business aspect of interior design.
